In these Terms:
- “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to the owner and operator of the Website.
- “You” and “your” refer to any person who visits or uses the Website.
The Website is an exchange that connects owners of accounting practices who wish to sell or transition their practice (“Sellers”) with accounting professionals and firms who wish to buy a practice (“Buyers”).
It is not a marketplace for individual accounting services such as tax preparation or bookkeeping.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
